a freelance illustrator and fine artist, has the ability to work in various styles and mediums with works ranging from oil paintings to editorial illustration. A graduate from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Bill has also studied at the Water Street Altilier in Brooklyn and has participated in various exhibitions throughout the East Coast.

Bill currently works with the following clients Clair Pruett Photography Studio, The Philadelphia City Paper, East End Salon, Gyro Worldwide, And I Basketball Company, Saatchi and Saatchi, ESM Group, Red Tettemer, Tierany, and Earl Palmer. His projects have also included a mural for the Children's wing of the Free Library of Philadelphia, promotions for Procter and Gamble, Reynolds, Target, Bloomingdales, Giant, clothing and apparell graphics, and event stage and lighting design rendering.

Bill currently resides in South Philadelphia.
